SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • If an order is placed Monday- Thursday, please expect 2 days for shipment. If an order is received on Friday, it will likely shipped on Monday or Tuesday as we do not ship on the weekend.

  • FOR CUSTOM ORDERS AND COMMISSIONS:

  • Once your order has been placed we will reach out to you regarding the production process and time line. Once the order is complete, it is carefully packaged and then shipped generally within two business days. Upon shipping, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you. 

  • Once packages leave our facility, our company has the same shipping and tracking information that is sent to the customer. Shipments can at times be subject to delays that are unfortunately out of our company's control. If packages arrive late or damaged, please file a claim with the shipping service provider. 

  • Allison Carroll Co. will not be responsible or liable for purchases delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer.

OUR RETURN POLICY

To start the return process, please contact us within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a full refund. To move forward with the return, we will require proof of purchase, which may be an order confirmation email, an order number, or a reciept.
